OUR COMPANY

Founded by Gilbert Lalonde in 1974, our company is dedicated to the turnkey construction of industrial and commercial buildings for resale or for rental purposes. Approximately ten years ago, engineer Claude Brient and chartered accountant Nathalie Brient joined forces with Mr. Lalonde and Entreprises Lalonde & Brient Inc was born. This is a family story that continues to this day since Claude and Nathalie are Mr. Lalonde’s step-children.

Our 15-member team includes professionals from the construction community and individuals with many technical qualifications. They work together to bring Lalonde & Brient’s numerous projects to fruition.

We prioritize the construction of highly energy-efficient buildings while respecting your budget and the laws, regulations and standards in effect. We are also concerned about the quality of materials and the choice of sub-contractors and favour a personalized approach based on professionalism and transparency.
