Lalonde & Brient is a family business specializing in turnkey projects of industrial and commercial buildings of all types. We also have more than 200 rental spaces and a great deal of land that is ready for building and able to fulfill all your needs.

We are located in the heart of the Delson Industrial Parkand and we work in the Roussillon and Beauharnois-Salaberry regional county municipalities on Montreal’s South Shore.

Our team
Our team of about fifteen people is made up of accomplished professionals (engineers, architect, chartered accountant, coordinator) and specialized employees (electrician, driver, journey man, etc.) who have been working in the construction industry for over 15 years. We are able to do ourself the excavation, the embankment, the compaction and all the sewer connection works.
